Found my flight quickly and didn’t run into any issues. if booking was always this easy, I’d have way less to complain about

"Cabin felt worn and communication was confusing"
The cabin felt worn down, like it could use some updating and better upkeep. What made it more frustrating was that the communication wasn’t very clear, so I was left guessing about a few things that should’ve been explained upfront. Overall, it wasn’t the most comfortable or smooth experience.

"Bad Timing, but It Worked Out"
My Korean Air flight ended up leaving about 25 minutes late, which was a little annoying since we were just waiting around at the gate. I think it was mostly just bad timing, but the updates could’ve come a bit faster. Luckily, we still landed almost on time, so it wasn’t a big deal in the end. Overall, it was fine, just nothing too memorable.

"Pretty decent flight, but not amazing!!!"
My flight was mostly fine and it left on time, so no big complaints there!!! The seats did feel a little cramped though, and the food was just okay!!! The staff were polite enough, but I wouldn’t say they were especially warm or friendly!!! Booking through koreanair was easy, which I appreciated!!! Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but for the price, I was hoping for a bit more!!!

"This turned into way more of a…"
This turned into way more of a drama than it needed to be. My order got delayed not once, but twice, and by the time it was finally canceled, I was just annoyed. I get that delays happen, but the whole experience felt like a drawn-out cliffhanger with a disappointing ending.

"Better Than I Expected, Though the Website Was a Bit Clunky"
I booked directly through koreanair for a trip to Seoul, mostly expecting it to be more expensive than the booking sites, but the price was actually better than a few I checked. The flight itself was decent, seat was fine, meals were included, and the baggage rules were easy enough to understand. It’s definitely not the cheapest airline out there, but the service felt fair for what I paid. My only real gripe was the website, since the payment didn’t go through the first time and I had to try again. Not a huge deal, just a little annoying.

"Bag showed up, but communication could’ve been better"
My bag didn’t make it after the flight, which was stressful. Korean Air did end up finding it after about 3 days and delivered it to me, so I’m thankful for that. But the whole experience was kind of hard to describe, not terrible, but definitely frustrating because the updates were really slow and I had to keep calling to find out what was going on.

I fly Korean Air a few times a year, so I figured joining SKYPASS was a smart move and would at least give me something back over time. i kind of regret putting much hope into it. Earning miles feels really slow, and when I finally try to use them, it’s way more frustrating than I expected. Award seats are hard to find, the taxes and fees still feel high, and the rules aren’t exactly easy to understand. The actual flights are usually fine, so no real complaints there, but the loyalty program just doesn’t feel worth it for me anymore. Looking back, I wish I hadn’t assumed it would add much value, because it feels like you have to spend a lot just to get very little in return.

"Baggage Info Was More Confusing Than It Should’ve Been"
I booked my flight through koreanair.com one evening after work, just trying to get everything sorted before dinner, and I thought my baggage was included. When I got to the airport, though, I found out the allowance was different from what I expected, especially around the weight limits. Maybe I missed something, but the info on the site didn’t feel clear enough to me. The staff were fine and not rude or anything, but having to pay extra at the last minute was frustrating. I just wish they made the baggage details simpler and more obvious before checkout...

I reached out to Korean Air support because I needed to change my booking, my first gut feeling was that it was going to take a while. They did eventually respond, but it took longer than I expected, and I had to explain the same issue twice, which was a little frustrating. Once I actually got someone to help, they were polite and professional, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. It just felt a bit slower and less smooth than I’d hoped. Not awful, but definitely room for improvement.

The flight was, like, okay overall, but the legroom was really tight. I’m not even that tall, you know, and my knees still felt kind of stuck the whole time. It was hard to actually relax or get any sleep like that, so yeah, not the most comfortable ride

I cancelled my flight the refund process felt like it was moving at the speed of a sleepy snail. The website kept saying it was being handled, but there were barely any updates, so I was just sitting there wondering if my money had vanished into another dimension. I had to contact support more than once, and each time I basically got the same answer. The refund did eventually come through, thank goodness, but wow, it took way longer than I expected
